Phil is adjunct professor at the Biological and Environmental Sciences Institute of Santa Úrsula University, with over 25 years of experience in aquaculture, including reproduction of freshwater species of fish such as tilapias, carps, native fish to Brazil and ornamentals. 

He has worked on several strategic planning consultancies for regional and national aquaculture development and is currently supervising several GIS projects involving aquaculture, marine species conservation, and marine park creation using GIS.
